Terms & Conditions

Reservation

A 20% deposit of the full amount is required to complete your reservation.

This can be paid via bank transfer, cheque or credit card (VISA, Master Card)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee: 20% of total cost if you cancel 60 day prior arrival, 50% if you cancellless than 60 days before arrival date

It is unfortunate that we need to charge a cancellation fee. We are regularly unable to fulfil requested bookings due to the fact that we only have four accommodation units.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Guests are responsible for covering the cost of damage or loss of Cedar Cottages Property during their stay and any amount due will be required to be paid.

  2. Pets are most welcome in the fully enclosed yard. However they are not permitted inside at any time.

  3. Check-In 2pm. Check-Out 10 am. (variation possible by prior arrangement)

  4. Water is a precious resource. Please be conservative.

  5. Parking is available on-site only and guests are not permitted to park on the street.

  6. Cedar Cottages Blackmans Bay will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to any guest’s property or equipment during their stay.

  7. Children: age 2-16, Infants: Under 2.

  8. An additional cleaning fee will apply for one night stays

  9. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before arrival or you do not arrive, the full cost of your stay will be charged to your credit card
